Our team provides evidence-based psychological therapy and assessment in a supportive, collaborative environment — in person in Calgary and virtually across Alberta.

Individual & Group Therapy

One-on-one therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or healthy living goals — offered virtually and in person. Group therapy and skills groups are coming soon for those looking to learn and heal alongside others.

Workshops

Customizable corporate workshops on topics like stress management, sleep, resilience, and mental health awareness — designed to give teams practical tools they can actually use.

Psychodiagnostic Assessments

Comprehensive assessments to help you understand what's going on — including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and ADHD — and what to do about it. Useful for guiding treatment, and for accessing school or workplace accommodations.
