My interest in clinical psychology stems from a deep curiosity about human behaviour — especially our ability to adapt, grow, and make sense of our experiences. I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, and this belief, combined with my fascination with human behaviour, inspired me to pursue a career in psychology. I'm passionate about helping people explore their inner world with honesty and compassion, and supporting them as they work toward greater clarity and well-being.
I'm a Registered Psychologist in the province of Alberta. I completed my honours degree in psychology at the University of Calgary, my master's degree at the University of Regina, and my doctoral degree in clinical psychology, also at the University of Regina. I moved to Toronto to complete my pre-doctoral internship at The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).

Outside of work, I value quiet moments, family, and simple routines. I like to wake up early to watch the sunrise with a cup of tea. I enjoy the company of my cat, who reminds me daily of the importance of rest and play. Time with family grounds me deeply. Moments of stillness, connection, and reflection nourish me — and shape the compassionate and mindful presence I bring to my work.

While I work with a variety of concerns — including anxiety, low mood, life transitions, and stress — I'm currently particularly interested in supporting people who struggle with perfectionism, which may show up as high self-criticism, fear of failure, or feeling that nothing is ever "good enough." I'll help you explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity, and begin to shift toward a more flexible and values-aligned way of being.

I've worked in a variety of clinical settings, including health care facilities and mental health clinics, supporting individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and health-related difficulties.
My clinical approach is client-centered and draws on evidence-based modalities. I use a flexible approach that allows me to tailor sessions to each individual's unique goals, strengths, and needs. I'm committed to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where meaningful change can take place.
