treatment approaches
While Dr. Jasmin works with a variety of concerns – including anxiety, low mood, life transitions, and stress - she is currently particularly interested in supporting people who struggle with perfectionism which may show up as high self-criticism, fear of failure, or feeling that nothing is ever “good enough.” Dr. Jasmin will help you explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity, and begin to shift towards a more flexible and value aligned way of being.
perfectionism
Outside of work, Dr. Jasmin values quiet moments, family, and simple routines. She likes to enjoy the stillness at the start of the day by waking up early to watch the sunrise with a cup of tea. She enjoys the company of her cat, who reminds her daily of the importance of rest and play. Time with family grounds her deeply. Moments of stillness, connection, and reflection nourish Dr. Jasmin, shaping the compassionate and mindful presence she brings to her work.
